Does this have an AI difficulty mod? Do they still get a huge boost when behind or do they drive fast all the time? Game looks really nice with the mods btw

Holiwi, este mod no es mío, en la descripción encontrarás el paquete completo y su creador. Aunque busca en Google Reotuch Graphics by Pain. Y verás las texturas usadas, son varias versiones.
