u r surely an excellent game modder~~!! u should try to create car models for GTA IV cuz many GTA IV modders create shitty car/weapon models/textures. yet u cant modify the model to your own taste cuz the authors locked their files to prevent others claiming the mods r theirs.

u need to work on winter mod cuz many places doesnt have snow. only some place got snow. n how u acheive whitish blue look on the ground? my winter mod makes the ground yellowish white. i played around with the graphic settings in options but still the ground look very yellowish
