Need For Speed Underground 2 - Top Speed of All Cars (Including US & EU Cars)

This time I'll show the top speed of all cars, I wanted to make one with underground but it's hard to reach them on drag mode even without blown engine. Then I made this like I did with Most Wanted maybe 2 years ago. Some cars needed unlimited NOS and the SUV cars needed trainer to determine their top speed. These cars are fully upgraded so some cars MIGHT HAVE a bigger top speed with stock transmission, I haven't tested it yet so I might upload a part 2. You might wondered how the fuck I got the EU & US cars too. Simple: I have the "speed.exe" file to the UK version and the folders for Corsa & 106. I simply put the folders to the CARS folder and replaced the speed.exe file. (Of course I made a back-up folder to the original US file) One other thing: I've just realised that If I buy for career those cars they'll remain in the career even with the US speed.exe file, so far this is the only way to get all cars in your game I guess. Need for Speed: Underground 2 is a cross-platform racing video game and the eighth installment in the popular Need for Speed driving game series published and developed by Electronic Arts. Released in 2004, it is the direct sequel to Need for Speed: Underground, and is part of the Need for Speed series, available on Microsoft Windows, Game Boy Advance, GameCube, PlayStation 2, Xbox, PlayStation Portable, Nintendo DS and Mobiles. Lucas Moreve the s16/RC is not the same as a GTI, that maxes out at 205-210 (had one of those). The RC is basically a GTI with VTEC yo ;)

The summers of 2006. I was in Syria, at that time it was a safe country. We had to do some maintenance work to our house so we moved to my grandparents house for about a month. @@JadenMoon1475 Because he got that speed by using a trainer (in other words, editing the speed from outside the game because it was impossible to reach it within that track). So the car's top speed (which is limited by it's air resistance, engine power, tire grip etc in reality and is just an arbitrary number in the game) was below the actual speed and so the speed was dropping because the car is unable to keep it up.

The problem is that he didn't get the max out of the cars. The dyno is giving you wrong data for the topspeed and sometimes you can reach a higher topspeed with a shorter ratio like in the real world. It's not good if your ratio can handle 490 KM/h but your engine has not the power to do so b.c. its running on to low rpm for the high speed to archive anymore acceleration that it would gain by a higher rpm (results in higher boost). My NFS U2 Corolla did 428 KM/h for example.

They only sound the same with upgraded engine. When the engine category is set at stock, cars have different engine sounds in u2. Most of them are actually very accurate to what they sound like in real life.

the most accurate engine sounds are 1 skyline stock engine upgrade - it s 100% accurate Pontiac and Mustang as american cars they should have similae sounds (the mustang is 100% accurate) Mazda rx7 and 8 obvious have same sounds as they have a rotary system engine 350z is pretty much accurate (similar to skyline) Mitsubishi evo, hyundai and honda civic have similar sounds when upgraded (evo is the best out of them of course) SUVs obvious similar engine sounds nissan 240sx...well, stock engine sound is accurate but latest upgrade sound sucks...same as celica's last upgrade Supra - stock, 1st are both accurate, 2nd upgrade not bad but 3rd upgrade sound sucks Golf - accurate audi A3 not accurate (it s not a vw golf) Honda civic - it has a very accurate sound but the stock upgrade sound is a bit exaggerated..(we have a civic and it doesn't sound that way) it s 2nd upgrade engine sound is like a roaring tiger

What bothered me was, they had the blueprint which was this game. Next step was obviously underground 3 but with bigger map, tuner cars and addition of police chases. That would of been immaculate. I know we got most wanted and NFS carbon which is what I pretty much described. But the whole tuner and muscle race seems more fun the having exotics in the game which personally ruined it for me. But still played it tho

I figured out that some cars can reach a higher topspeed with stock/level 2 transmission installed: Toyota Corolla can actually reach 378km/h with stock and without unique transmission. (unique + stock will max out at 330km/h) Nissan Sentra 388km/h with Level 2 transmission. Audi TT can reach 398km/h with Level 2 transmission. Infiniti G35 can actually reach 424km/h with Level 2 and without unique transmission. (unique transmission decreases topspeed for this car somehow) Mitsubishi 3000GT can do 457km/h with Level 2 transmission. Pontiac GTO can do 534km/h(!) with Level 2 transmission. (fastest topspeed in the game) Ford Mustang GT 441km/h Level 2 transmission. Subaru Impreza can actually reach 401km/h with Level 2 transmission. I've set the final drive ratio completely to topspeed on the dyno to get the highest possible amount of topspeed.

Example 1 for more power after putting stage 1 parts go tune the fueling and ecu etc so that max power can be made at max rpm best results are to put the first 2 blocks at nothing and all the rest as full as possible, then go install stage 2 and repeat then stage 3 repeat and lastly Unique parts and repeat again depending on the car power goes up for sure

I liked the Peugeot very much.It was quite easy to control for me. I always used it for the final race. :) I always have these 4: The Peugeot (of course) , The Hummer (because why not) , Hyundai Tiburon (a neighbor actually has one) and the Subaru (I always buy it even if it is in Underground2,Most Wanted or Carbon) A good car in all of the games. :) Funny how in these three games the cars have different stats.
