That's Daedicar’s Woe and Shabriri's Woe, the first one makes you take more damage with no benefits and the other attract enemies easier, neither of them are helping him and they are there to make him get one shotted by Godfrey.

@@Babadui Pretty much what Howl of shabiri gives both 2 of those debuff :v use howl of shabiri and you get those 2 debuff it shows Daedicar's woe and Shabriri's Woe WITH A DIAMOND border means it's a temporary effect which is suppose to represent +30% extra damage taken AND enemy aggro to you, they're also using a scorpion Talisman which also gives a 10% physical damage taken
