Yes, this was a real proposal The singer is a friend of the man (groom). They set up this whole thing to surprise the girl when she was working (she’s a actress who was shooting for a film). Their wedding was just a few days ago and the singer came to celebrate and performed this song as their wedding theme song. Glad that you enjoyed it.
