Thank you 🙂

You only need 2 control surfaces with thrust vectoring to control pitch, roll and yaw. Just angle them as a V.

Once you release this one it needs to be upscaled to twin 90's😎

This will be a great plane - there is a special version for upscaling with Vector and Elevon! Check out PTIKYLE on Sunday!

Hi, looks cool, but very hard to fly! Does it need a gyro or something else? what are your next changes?
@theuer54812 күн бұрын
Hi, those were the test flights, now it flies like it's on rails, like at the end of the video! All adjustments are done and it will be available for purchase soon!

The added vertical stab, was perfect, flight on rails.

What Gyro are you using bro?
@theuer54812 күн бұрын
Hi, you can easily fly the plane without a gyro! I almost always have a FRSKY Archer PLUS SR6/8/10 gyro in my receivers. I never fly with autolevel (Save on Spectrum). When there is wind, I use 25% stabilization mode!

@@theuer5481 Thank you. Simply by seeing the NGAD model fly gives me confidence that the airframe is inherently stable. Well, rather unstable but stable enough if you get what I mean.
@theuer5481Күн бұрын
@@biggnasty989 It's a jet that in the original wouldn't fly at all without a flight control computer. And this one flies with just vector control, even without a gyro!!!

101 you may know that the flared shapes of the edf nacelles makes increasing amounts of drag; towards the aft of the aircraft. happily, that drag contributes to more longitudinal stability. the use of zero-length tip chords is not recommended. because an edf does NOT draw like an engine, it is Important that design of the air intakes PROMOTES the flow of air INTO the intakes. the existing intakes don't do that. the amount of noise from the edfs may reduce, if the air flow to/from the edf impellor is Optimal. the minimum efficient amount of forward-facing intake area of an edf is equal to the effective swept area of the impeller. this value is also the most efficient exit area. the use of aft-located edf air intakes is problematic. because, 1) an edf does not draw like an engine and 2) air is deflected Away from the intakes by the forward parts of the aircraft.! googletranslate

Thanks for the theoretical steps, I know all of them! I don't know what you're trying to tell me, because you can see how well the NGAD flies! We have enough other normal EDF jets, sometimes you have to go beyond the theoretical limits!
