Wilber serves God with high dignity;he truly represents a true servant of God.Annointing of the highest class-a humble servant of the Lord.For real if one is deserving honor for his good and exemplary deeds,then we ought to congratulate one while they are still alive.Wilberforce deserves the crown of honour, he's a role model in the gospel ministry and by crowning him no one should feel down rated.If you do good too then without discrimination God will touch souls of people to praise you.
