This was not an age issue, the family she got married into was evil. They could have expressed their concerns regarding the age factor without damaging her furniture and the husband as well was using her for wealth. The are certain ingredients needed in a marriage apart from age and this relationship never had that , I didn't hear anything positive that the husband did to show he wanted the relationship to be a success, he was quick to have someone else and say my mum was right. Why did he choose someone older and then use it against her? He forgot that he got standards and remembered once he destroyed her furniture!! Women we need to be careful about who we bring into our lives. Wish her well and may you find true love, no one deserves to be alone and lonely.
