This is a very sad case of a young heterosexual man trapped in a gay confusing state. My heart breaks for him because such cases are very common here in the USA. Deliverance is not the only solution, God had given us all the power to make choices, as well as the Spirit of self control which is a fruit of the Holy Spirit. He MUST SPEND time in reading the Word of God and in intense PRAYER. My advice for him is 1. Find a strong church that teaches the true Word of God that sets sinners free, he can also ask for prayers for deliverance, 2. He needs to change his demeanor, and his physical appearance. He is too girly, he needs to probably cut his hair and perhaps look for male clothing (I'm not quite sure how he dresses but that could be a factor. 3. He may eventually need to change his career and quit working where he is surrounded by women. I applaud him for his courage to come "out of the closet" He desperately wants to change and that is the very 1st step... to acknowledge that he has an issue,, and to want to change it. God bless his heart; I will definitely keep him in my prayers...

I am broken for his disturbing condition which especially are beyond his human control.I have come across several guys going through the same condition and it's a challenge especially when you cannot understand what is actually happening. The condition is called Effeminacy.Its an endocrine system disorder that mostly occurs in gestation period or when being brought up, causing hormonal changes. I would advise him to see a medical professional,maybe a urologist or endocrinologist or mental health professionals if possibly it could be psychological issues behind the effeminate disorder.Nakutakia la heri bro🙏
