Thanks 4 valuable jaankaari..... पटना से--- सर मेरे 80 वर्ष के पिताजी पिछले 20 वर्षो से गाय माता और नंदी की अपना जमीन मकान बेचकर और स्वय पुराने मकान में रहकर ,सेवा कर रहें हैं। अभी 150 लगभग पशु हैं। पिछले साल अखबार ने खबर छापा ,पर कोई व्यक्ति दान नही देता। मैं कैसा ngo शूरू करू कि सरकार से हर महिने मदद मिले। नही तो मै रोड पर आ जाऊंगा। मुझमें उतना सेवा भाव नही है पर पिताजी का प्राण जीव कल्याण के वास्ते है। pl suggest... Sir registered our Society in Jan 2019 and now we got 12A & 80G provisional on 25th March and also Darpan ID. still we are lagging behind . ofcourse activities are going on .We got renewal certificate of society .suggest us how we can proceed for CSR fund .coz till now we didn't take any donation even .

Sir for the financial year 21-22 we have failed to apply for 12 A before 25 nov , however due to this 143(1) order has been passed,where entire expenditure,has been disallowed,now we appeared before the commissioner to treat the society as normal AOP and allow the expense occurred during the normal course,but he is refusing to do so. Now what are the alternative available for the society

Sir, our society was registered under 12A & 80g so we used to file our audit in form 10b but from last 2 years as we crossed the limit for that we had to file our audit in form 3CB & 3CD, now the limit for 12a and 80g is extended to 5 cr can we again file our audit in form 10b??? Kindly reply
