The result is a rich tapestry of design and planting which belies the overall size of one acre. Rosemary introduces us to her garden.

What makes this garden so special is the way it complements the beautiful brick house with its green-framed windows and lovely roofline. And the wisteria, which is a much maligned plant due to its tendency to take over a space, is just perfect against the bricks as it grows in a controlled manner. So well done.

What is the slug deterrent (3:46)? Hard to hear what she says but I would like to try this.

I think the lady says “strulch” which is straw mulch with slug and snail deterrent... you can find it online... hope that helps
