I was Apsolutly impressed with Air Serbia level of Service,best ever , Landing in Belgrade from New York and offering Rakija with mooring coffee is top notch

Air Serbia is one of rare companies in Europe that provides sandwich during flights that are longer than 1.30h, in comparison Lufhansa gives a piece of chocolate, Iberia doesn't provide anything. I am happy to see that you enjoy flighing with AirSerbia

I hope you will soon, you never forget the first transatlantic crossing, especially when after hours in the sky you start to descend and emerge underneath the cloud layer and suddenly you see a skyline, roads, and signs you only saw in movies many times. my first transatlantic flight was with westjet from dublin via london to toronto couple of years ago. I will never forget it. it felt surreal when the lady said welcome to toronto, I couldn’t believe im actually in North America, for the first time. its unforgettable. when i was taking off in london it felt so special, like im going to a mission to mars. but now i go there every year sometimes even two times, and record every time haha, my picture here is flying from toronto to calgary and passing over lake superior. i return to europe from calgary where you fly over greenland. its amazing! anyway, definitely go, im originally from balkan too, and i been to belgrade many times and used this airport, primarily to fly to london; this nyc direct line from Belgrade is something I always wanted to try, but Im always like aww is it difficult through emigration check, do i need hotel confirmation email and bunch of other stuff, thats why i still havnt tried. for canada if youre EU you only need online eta and thats it.

Air Serbia is much better than others air companies on Balkan maybe in South Europe, maybe!!! Even have two lines to China and two lines to USA!!! Looks much better product than LH. I did JFK to FRA on 747 and it was not as good as JU .

Seats were super worn out . The legroom is not great at all, the carpet is very old, and some areas seem to be missing parts of the original carpet and replaced with something totally different. Food poor and not tasty. For breakfast we got an old muffin and 3 tiny peaces of mixed fruit . I paid for wifi, and it was not working half of the flight . Very disappointing service by LH

Lovely trip report. Looking at the first meal and I have a feeling this would have been a good flight, but I wish they had given the 2nd full meal although the snack was tasty. The plane really needed to be retrofitted because of the broken IFE.

One of the three A330s (Nikola Tesla Livery) is currently being modernized and the cabins are also being improved. The aircraft will probably fly again in January, after which the second of three A330s (Mihajlo Pupin Livery) will also be modified and improved after the other one is out of modernization

Apart for providing a convenience of a direct link between BEG and JFK, plus offering two 23kg suitcases included in the price of the ticket, AS service on those flights is nothing to write home about. The crew is often cold and disinterested, they vanish to the galleys as soon as they complete the meal service. The former Aeroflot A330 seats are rather uncomfortable for 9 hour flights and often some of the entertainment services are not working. There’s not enough leg room. As you might have guessed, I am not the biggest fan of this route and the AS service on it. I have flown it too many times so far.

So a 490e ticket in a full plane would be OK for you? Where's the logic? The price is VERY good considering the plane is not full. Also if you book on time, you can get it as cheap as 300e which is insane for a transatlantic flight. Go check Lufthansa prices. 500e is a standard Zurich - JFK price, and their planes are full that you can't breathe.

@Seliniacitysalamina I fly a lot all over the world. With full responsabile, I can say that there is no worse company then LH…last year them hub (Munich) was suprised by snow on December, 01😂😂😂😂…I stayed 3 nights on the airport, because they rebooked my flight to Riga every 2-3 hours and than cancelled. Ok . I took this flight this summer. First one thing, airport is a complete mess and disaster. Nikola Tesla is a mess with stupid procedures and leaking roofs and no AC on 40c weather. Now the flight. Looks great but old inside the plane very old chairs half broken and wear down. Headphones didn’t work and the port for headphones 🎧 was broken on probably every other chair. No wifi for 10h flight ✈️, no WiFi at all . Screen and tv works but old very old tech and movies , remember no headphones so watching a movie is stupidly boring. You can’t even get WiFi if you pay 😂 ridiculous. I am Serbian and I tried it to see how is it. I don’t recommend anybody to take a long flight with air Serbia , if you go somewhere close by on 2,3 h flight that’s ok . But to NY never again, nightmare.
