@madwulf36 I've figured it out, it's actually a stupid mistake that I was making and I assume you might be making the same one. I was keeping L2 pressed down the whole time but you have to release it while keeping x pressed down.

On ps3 its done by holding l2 and simultaneously turning right stick 360 degrees on the same side as the motion

Yea but what about if you want to spin the OTHER way around? You know, like the way anyone who ever does it in real life does it. Counter-clockwise if you're a lefty. Patrick Kane & Brian Campbell do it that way a lot.

Why you can do that without losing speed but cannot stickhandle thru the defenders like that anymore, imo thats stupid. But good thing is that the game is much harder, idiots wont win so easily, and you cannot pass right thru the crease without pass getting intercepted.
