1:08 "the last two the goalie could have stopped." whoever said that is a try hard who clearly didn't see what really happened. the second allowed goal, watch the left defender. he follows the play behind the net while shorthanded. when the pass is made, EVERY player is to the left of the goalie, inside the left circle toward the boards. not a single soul is located anywhere in the defensive zone from the hash to the right boards. the opposing player was able to walk RIGHT into a perfect shooting position. you could make the argument that the goalie wasn't far out in the crease, but i wouldn't hang that on the goalie. the third allowed goal, goalie plays the shooter the entire way (which you're supposed to do and rely on your defense to cover the backdoor). as soon as the pass is made, the goalie breaks off and moves horizontally to get in position to make the save. where is the defense? ones trailing, almost the furthest one up the ice when the goal is scored. this isn't a routine save, this isn't one a goalie is expected to make but yet, the player still calls out the goaltender. this video is funny lol but seriously, if players are going to call out the goaltender, they need to look at their own fuckups first.
