Classic Gibson has stopped almost everything for me. He's posted .947 sv% in 53 squad battles games so far. Best SP goalie imo.

I am currently using the Gibson Special card (forgot what its called) and he does decently for me. His only problem is he doesn't cover the puck very well. Most of the goals he lets in are caused by the puck sitting right in front of him and him not reacting to it. He is fantastic at stopping the one timer. Slap shots are hit and miss. I was very surprised to not see him on this list since he is an 85-86 overall....Might have to sell him and get Hart. Always willing to spend a good amount of coins on a goalie as they are a very critical position. I appreciate your video and am looking forward to your "best rw/lw" videos. Just a suggestion, as a new HUT player, I would love it if you would do a "beginners guide to team building/setting lines." I know so many people that just auto highest overall. I have searched the internet looking for good videos to follow and how to know when to choose a center over a RW in the RW spot....just a suggestion. Love the videos and am so glad I found you for NHL20. Thanks again!

I dont have a problem with that Gibson, i just think the other goalie with the same synergy and price range is better As for the building lines piece, ill keep that in mine to do a future video on it !

Yea for some reason Bishop 82 is the best goalie I used so far. Ok except the 5 days loan Patrick Roy. I bought Murray as I was browsing and he was cheap around 30K and I was very disappointed. The superstar AI was consistently scoring on rebounds and slot shots, pretty much the same as Bishop, sometimes worse. So I sold Murray back with a small profit. Using 82 Bishop since then and I see no big difference with 30K coins more to use to upgrade my team.

I got Martin Jones in my re-roll yesterday, he's only an 80 but low aggression and 6'4". not sure if his speed and such but he's better than what I had (79 Halak who is 5'11")

I lit up all of these goalies before, and I was not too sure if I should go with Burke considering I scored 5 goals against him in a period. But then when I used him, he was just making god-like saves left and right. Sure things go in from time to time, but I thought more things should have gone in.

Bishop is a beast for me. Idk how many times he robbed my oponents but he is pretty solid. With my Experience, Murray (86) and Gibson (86) are pretty solid. For me Carter Hart is easy to beat. But thats just me

How were you beating Carter Hart if you remember? Were you playing against the MSP?

Brianstormed Yeah, MSP Carter Hart. I always checked who the goalie is after the game. I always shoot Low Blocker thats like the sweet spot for me. Or for any Goalie. But I always get those goals low Blocker, either if its a cross crease or 1 on 1. I reaally find MSP Hart weak. He plays similar to Vasy. Its hard to explain, I try to Toe drag ish shoot. Like how Matthews does his wrist shot in real life. and I always snipe one low blocker with Gaudreau, Rantanen or even Drouin.

I used him for a bit, but he struggled stopping the one timer shots. For me, he was just slow to react. He was great at falling on the puck and stopping random slappers. But since most players go with one timers, if you don't have good defense, I wouldn't recommend him.

Tbh that Murray card isn’t that good. I have found to have more luck w Burke than Murray. At least 2 times a game Murray will let in the weakest goal and it causes me to have to comeback every time.
