The first 3-5months of this game are so much damn fun. Excited when you get an 85, where in April, anything less than a 95 is a bust. I'm a NMS myself and your Nota-dollar series was pure genius. Had to Favorite this video to come back to; I'll need to review it several times I'm sure. Haven't been more enthused to play a game since the Pong console in 73 then Blades of Steel in 88'.

@SleevelessGaming when you do the moments you can't just do 1 and drop out getting an xfactor collectible, the challenges rewards correspond to the challenges, therefore you will always have to complete the first challenge, not just anyone you want to get the collectible

Sleeves I went one year since 92 not buying nhl. I’m back and totally gave up on 23 but had to get my fix this year so now that I’m back ea should give me a free 90 overall Pavel Bure for Xmas (tradable) of course!!! Great video getting people up to speed as usual!!!

I have a complicated question… I play HUT against my friends who are on Xbox One, while I’m on Xbox Series S. I bought the X factor edition. Should I open my free packs in the last gen version of the game or next gen? My reason for asking this question is that last year I opened all my free (good) packs of the X Factor edition in the next gen version. I couldn’t use those players when playing against my friends as they were on the last gen version. Has this changed this year? Should I open all my packs on the last gen version? Thanks a bunch!

@@xaydanpeterson5936The McAvoy moment in particular is a 3 on 3 OT moment. No matter if you win or lose it counts it as a game played. Just have to load in, pull your goalie and let SJS score. It counts towards the “Moments Completed” objective

I have to disagree about team builders. While they might be great cards initially, once they are surpassed (which really doesn't take that long), they become boat anchors. And considering every time you upgrade them, you're essentially doubling the cost, they just become outrageously overpriced. I held onto that 95 Jagr last year so long, solely out of principle because of how expensive it was to build him...when comparatively, there were other 95s that could be had for much less. I think I'd rather make do with lesser cards in the short term than be stuck with an albatross that I feel guilty for putting in a set later.

So once the TB hit the 85-98 point they become not worth doing the upgrade for sure. Up until then? They are without a doubt the best cards at time of their release. With how easy it is to make the 87s, if the next upgrade is 90 in 2 months you would have 4 90s that could have been made very cheap.

@@SleevelessGaming It's certainly possible. I'm hoping the changes they've made will make TBs more viable. The auction house being a ghost town for so much of the year didn't help either. Between the market going cross platform and not needing specific TBs to complete sets, maybe that will make them less tedious. But I know X-Factors take a lot of heat for being "a waste", but since those can at least be turned into TOTY/TOTS, to me they're way more useful than TBs.

I really love the video but I have to state my despise against the moments. All the "you only need 1 Star to get the objective done" is only halve true, since when I get the 3rd option, I only get the 3rd options reward. I'm just an avarage player, I struggle against Pro difficulty and can't seem to get any better. Scoring 1 goal on Superstar is difficult enough for me, but only with Aho? Impossible.. I tried it today 12 times but can't get it done.. 15 seconds for a goal with Crosby.. It really destroys the fun for me :\
