Agree that content has been very disappointing but I'm fine with Jagr getting another MSP. It's nice being able to get a good card for one of the all time greats without ripping packs and pulling nothing other than my hamstring or paying stupid prices on the market. The Leetch one is a weird one though, really don't understand why they gave us two almost back to back (and I say that as a fan). If they wanted to duplicate I wish they'd given us another Orr instead

I actually was happy to see kagr 96, he was the only player in my team wich was below 90 ovr (nations of hockey card) he had the 91 milestone but that card never appears on the market, so I was happy to see that he will be part of my line up, I will have to dismantle the jack line unfortunatly (jack eichel and hughes on the same line) but havoing jagr and crosby at 96 really will make me happy

Who’s gonna complain about EA giving us an End Game Jagr we don’t have to pay 1.9 million Coins for… I don’t mind EA giving a player another MSP if they had one at the start of the game… Giving Leetch one makes absolutely no sense…. Also the MSP teams does not have to be teams making the playoffs this season lol the playoff event is for past and present teams… The playoff 90 overall cards are for the teams making the playoffs this season….

Yeah, I think I might be out next year. I had such high hopes for the new project leads this year, but between patching the game beyond recognition to now just hammering us with greedy and weak events, the game has gotten less and less fun each month. I get it if they want to do random sets, but AT LEAST stop making them untradeable. If these were easy rewards that people could spam and take advantage of, sure...make them untradeable. But when you have to do backflips to earn one, then might not even get the card you want, at least let people sell that card so they didn't just invest tons of time and resources into something they have no use for. The fact that this dev team can't comprehend that there's almost no quicker way to turn somebody off of the game than by doing what they're doing is all I need to see. I love hockey, but I've ignored so many good games this year because I feel like I have to "keep up" with HUT. And it's really just not worth it anymore.

Sleeves please make this a comment in the next video… (THE CAPTIN) Mark messier is at a 93 for his Icon with 89ac and 90sp. Gotta be the best card “forgotten” how many cups do you need in order to have a high rating throughout the year? Ironically the icon card he’s holding the cup and yes I’m a die hard rangers fan been spoiled all year with leech but honestly this game has gone to $h!t…. Yeah downgrade the 94 leech lose a ton of power ups that was FUN!

I really don't know why they do Messier so dirty every year. One of the greatest of all time, 3rd in all time points (ahead of Howe for god's sake), was a great skater and every year he's almost unusable until right at the end. So frustrating

The rewards are laughably stupid. They create the new moments thing and you get one gold card in april, complete all 20 something and you get 3 collectables or 1/5 of an event basecard that you have to level up. Its wierd that EA gets so much hate.

As someone that plays both FC and NHL... FC is gonna piss you off more than NHL does. FC didn't get it right and haven't gotten it right in a Loooooong time and there is absolutely no chance in hell that they ever will. You're better off just playing MLB the Show; That is only if you're into baseball. Madden is Hot garbage and I recommend you avoid it. EA doesn't know how to make a proper sports game. They focus only on presentation and even at that they kinda suck at it.

Future NHL games need to do a better job at allowing its players to participate in the season without breaking the bank. I’d love to place my picks for round 1 and get a few of this seasons cards but I can’t at the current cost. Also, I don’t know why they put such trash cards in these seasons. It’s always been 4th line or bottom pair d cards that are featured. I know they can’t do allstars caliber players for every team but there’s gotta be a middle ground.

Nothing will change we keep playing, packs keep getting bought, cards still get made, being as it’s just released on ea play perhaps it’s just lack luster for us who’ve been playing all year makes sense to not have great cards soon after that because it would essentially just be rewarding the ea play players for not buying the game and perhaps they just want them to fork out some money first? Or maybe cause it’s so close to being a new season they just don’t put much effort in the final events cause their focus is on the new game and content, whatever it is I might get the jagr cause then I’d have Lemieux Gretzky and yagr but would need 60+ collectables for them to all make my line up lmao

It would be the Worst NHL ever even if just taking into account the gameplay. But given the lack of thought put into HUT it is by far and away the least satisfying NHL ever produced. Killing the game when they are the only hockey game available. I love hockey more than any sport but I honestly might not buy the game next year for the first time in many years. Just not a fun use of free time anymore and waste of money.

I'm so tired week after week i have to downgrade my team for the terrible objectives. 👆👆👆👆👆👆👆👆 IMO. We can have our favorite players and play to upgrade... If a new card comes out we can use it or auto upgrade. In the last 3 years I've just been playing squad battles with a theme team (red wings). Packs should also be aware of your team. Nothing worst then making a player and the next pack you open, you pull the card you just made. EA SCAMS. Its not in the game. Coming from a 49 year old hockey video game fan.
