@@chairmanofthebored6860 I don't know what game you were watching but Dumba's hit was clean. Dumba was on both feet while he made the hit and 'driving up' has never been a penalty. An injury caused by a clean hit has also never been a penalty. The concussion came from Pavelski's head hitting the ice. It also isn't late as it is within 0.8s of the player releasing the puck (which according to NBC Sports is the time allowed for a hit after releasing the puck). Respectfully, you are 100% incorrect.

Personally I would expect to NOT see Dirty cheap shots like the one done to the Tampa Defensemen, or Jared McCann that CHEAP AS ALL HELL hit from Cale "The Fail" Makar had now earned him a title as The New Rat. Dirty hits hard or not shouldn't be in the title. Unless you change it to "Hardest and Dirtiest Hits of Round One". In my opinion

@@Max_m And before you ATTEMPT to compare the Eberle hit on Cogliano. Allow me to head you off. #1 Cogliano put himself in that position. He turned his back and lowered his head ON HIS OWN. No one pushed him or put their first against his face and PASTED him against the glass like Makar did to McCann. NO ONE KNEW that Cogliano was hurt until AFTER THE GAME. Unlike McCann who missed the rest of the series and half the Dallas series. Makar should have gotten a 2 game suspension the same way that the Lighting player injured the Leafs player. It was 100% intentional and purposely an attempt to injure the Krakens best scorer. Should Eberle have hit Cogliano the way he did ABSOLUTELY NOT. He deserved the penalty but not a suspension the league got that part right at least. You can't penalize someone for an injury when you didn't even know about it until after the game.

The league said that it wasn't intent to injury why CAUSE THE INJURY WASN'T FOUND TO AFTER THE GAME HE DIDN'T MISS A SHIFT. There is a difference between intent to injure and a clean hit causing an injury. A clean hit causing an injury has never been a penalty, and it very hard to call intent to injure. It is usually called in response to a hit which is late, boarding, charging, from behind, etc. Trouba's hits in these videos didn't do any of these.
