At 5:48 look at Makar’s movement. Gives it up and does a little fake stop to try to get the forward to come up higher so he could get behind him. Nothing came of it this time but man he must be a nightmare to defend. I was at the game in Florida recently and when he was on the ice i found myself watching him a lot even when he didnt have the puck because of stuff like this. Such a great young player. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Great B2B set, two wins & only 1 GA. The Avs finally have sufficient talent across the top six, with the return of Colton. Just stay healthy, get good/great goaltending as advertised in these last two games, & with the return of Drouin hopefully in January to fully round out the 3rd line, they can do some serious damage.

i was not happy with the trade for weggie but glad ive been proven wrong very glad , the canes game he still played good and in his 2 wins he has a 0 GAA , he was perfect against the devils #1 pp in the league , this is what ive been waiting to see games where we keep it to 2 goals or less if it can stay that way for the majority of the rest of the year we arnt losing more than 8 games if were only letting up 2 goals a game ,still not even at full roster either , hope drouin comes back and steps it up cause man hes looking like a bust 4 games all year , hes not getting a better deal next year if hes not playing lol
