Simon Nemac scored to kick off a three-goal third period and added a helper and Alexander Holtz also pitched in with a goal and an assist as the New Jersey Devils scrapped out a chippy win over the Chicago Blackhawks 4-2.

@jonah.donohue not on the sportsnet channel, which is what @narfidy444 is referring. Apart from that, you shouldnt have to close the highlight video to go find a explanation to what is said during the game! Thats the point of "highlights". I dont watch the NHL channel highlights because they tend to ignore big hits and you've got no chance of seeing fights! Sad sportsnet seems to be going the same way 😔

Smith's hit on Bedard was clean, but it is Chicago's superstar, so I get why they were furious. Great comeback win, Devils, I love how you guys never give up. But what impressed me even more is that you guys were all sticking up for each other, getting involved in the scraps, and not being shoved around. I don't really see much of it on this Devils' team.

You cannot enjoy a hockey game these days without having to watch a fist fight! It´s seems like this fighting theatre has become a part of a hockey game. It´s ridiculous and sad. Just earlier this week there was couple of kids about 6-12 years of age behing the glass watching their idols play and all the sudden adults start this stupid "scrap" as it was mentioned in this video. The kids really looked like they were scared. The one boy was obviously enjoying the show apparently - and that is sad too. I don´t know what kind of sport we are talking about here. Commentators are speaking about fighting in analytical manner - as if it really is part of the game! It really is disgraceful to hockey. What the puck!
