@@streetpulls780 Cope? I'm not a Jackets fan. Ovi is nothing compared to Gretzky, not in any metric. Gretzky got all of his goals naturally, not by just a bunch of empty netters or pucks gifted to him. The fact people want to compare Ovi to him is insane. He can beat the record, cool, but it's still not nearly as impressive as how Gretzky got his record. At this point it's extremely inauthentic.

If you want to say theyre non-comparable, then sure, I can’t argue with that. ovechkins: tied for 1st team pts, 2nd team assists... stop all your criticizing... i love how all the criticism on ovi is how he's not scoring, in the past its always that he shoots too much... maybe he's just got you all fooled that the title is not his main concern at least not over winning. a goal and a beautiful assist which shouldve been 2 where he had EVERYBODY fooled on the shot-pass to wilson (because everyone thinks he's just chasing gretzky). stop hating, stop being hypocrites, enjoy this man while you can or just dont watch him.

That should have been a sure goal from Wilson, and a 3 point night for the Great 8. Hopefully with the monkey off his back he can get back to goals and keep the playmaking.

maybe ovi should become a playmaker now 🤣 he's always been a good playmaker but never had to be because he's meant to score. But if he has an identity change I think he could provide a lot of value even when he's 40. he seems to be setting up a lot of plays or getting deflections lately. currently he's the assist leader of the team's forwards. Having this value means that he could get another contract even if he's only having 20 goal seasons, if he is still getting decent points through assists in old age. And so conceivably, he could break the record albeit in a slower way. If he wasn't getting those points and can't score he'd have to retire. So that's a good sign at least. But I'm glad he got a goal. What a celly

He's always been a highly underrated playmaker. If he didn't have his otherwordly shot, he would have made it into the league as a playmaker a la Jesper Bratt, etc.

В этой игре было прекрасно все, и игра , и интрига, и развязка😊. Коламбус имеет не плохой потанциал у молодых игроков, если правильно будут развивать, будет довольно сильная команда.Ну а сегодня всем нашим спасибо за игру, Ови будем надеяться теперь прорвет, банде наших из Коламбуса удачи . @@maratsamigullin1053 я думаю это не только с этим связано, он повзрослел, у него двое детей , смена приоритетов, плюс возраст по спортивным меркам прикольный и накопленные травмы могут о себе давать знать, это в 20 лет тебя может сбить КамАЗ, а ты восстанавливаешься по дороге в больницу, в его возрасте уже так не получится

Once again for the Capitals, great goaltending bails out bad defense. I don't know why they didn't give Merzlikins a game misconduct in overtime. The Capitals deserved to be on the power play, but they didn't even give Wilson a penalty?

Why would Wilson have gotten a penalty? He was shoved into the goal

@@TheUnplanted Because he did fight Merzlikins. Merzlikins could have gotten roughing, instigator, or interference minors, on top of major penalties for both of them for fighting. Merzlikins started the fight for sure, but Wilson did fight back.
