If Flyers don't eff things up and get rid of Torts, they will have a Cup in 3 years! 2 finishers, stud defensive pair and a top tier goalie. They are so energetic, hard working, opportunistic team with contributors throughout line up. The team will win it, not a couple of blue chips.

I’m not sure what’s happened to them since the Xmas break, but something sure has. As for the last 2-3 games, coach Keefe said there’s a virus going around the team. Could it be that the illness was going around longer or something? Hope they go back to their winning ways soon.

Hughes is talented but not properly suited to play center. I know this comment won’t go over well with other Devils fans who have crowned him the second coming of Christ, but anyone who’s that selfish and defensively flawed should be a winger. I’m not saying he needs to be the caliber of a Kopitar, but he needs to think like a center, and he simply doesn’t.
