This was a great game to watch. Impressive effort by the Bruins despite missing so many guys on their blueline and amazing goaltending from both teams. Swayman looks like a budding star. And boy Samsonov absolutely stoned Geekie and then Pastrnak, goalies really kept this game close. Boston has a bright future with the surprise success of their young players. Respect to the leafs for a hard fought game

Another 1 minute effort by the Leafs. The entire last five minutes of the game and all five minutes of overtime were spent in the Leafs end. It never ceases to amaze me how much time the Leaf players spend just watching the other team skate circles around them. Brutal effort again. I am concerned this team may not even make the playoffs, but if they do there isn't a chance in hell they are making it past the first round.

Honestly, as a Leafs fan, u expected more of a blowout by the Bruins. As I said before the season even started, STOP underestimating the Bruins every year. The fact that people had them as second last, only barely above the Habs, is an absolute joke. I was called an idiot, clueless, etc. I never underestimate a team. Another game officiated by Wes McCauley where he favours the Leaf's opposing Team. He should be fined for each offense with escalation and eventually booted from the league. The obvious can-opener by Marchand with McCauley standing right beside him put Leaf Defenseman Liljegren on the injured list for a significant amount of time. Of course, McCauley thinks this is a legal move, but only if a Leaf is the recipient. It's shameful to think he gets paid for this.
