For anyone who didn't watch the game, as much as Skinner was bad, the team in front of him played worse. Not sure if they were tired from last night's game or if their will was broken by their captain getting injured and/or a bad early goal allowed by Skinner but that was a wholly terrible game played by the entire team.

The Oilers still look exhausted from the Stanley Cup Final and are done for the season unless they make a big trade to shake up the roster. The rest of the western conference is already looking even stronger this season than it was last season. This is probably where Ken Holland would be the preferred GM to have in place rather than Stan Bowman.
