That's not their niche. Quick chances, executed quickly, nothing fancy and conservative play. Pens defenders robbed like 2-3 goals this game off block shots and tie ups at the crease. That was the difference maker.

they really need to add players outside of the org completely and substract some current players its stale they need to inject new life the old ways is not working i know its abut chemistry bonds bla bla but its a business an these little sensitive bit needs to wake up and move on to the next the city the org wants cups not lasting friendships that stays together you can do that on your own time. I guess the Penguin's strategy is either to be up by so many goals that the eventual 3rd period collapse doesn't cost you the game or not be up after 2. In all seriousness, that game was 48% sloppy play; 48% timely D/goaltending, and 4% puck luck. I don't think I have ever seen a game where one moment, the coach is thinking that's how we drew it up and two seconds later, inventing new swear words out of frustration.

I think this encapsulates the Bruins this year, just not consistent enough. Any hope a quick coaching change was going to save the mess, is gone. All that is left is this roster covered in 2-years' worth of bandages that can no longer cover the years of win now hockey damage. They overachieved last year, and the GM doubled down on them, and lost.

The B’s have so many problems this season. The list is just so long, but my biggest gripe is I’m not seeing Swayman being worth the 66 million dollars it took to get him signed, Korpi is at least consistent. Still stoked to see them on the 3rd.

Tomasino got off a wicked quick shot and impressed me early in the highlights. Sid with an incredible 87 assist. Next, Tomasino scores and I like the passion. I also liked scouting all his highlight videos. The Pens secretly have good forwards on this team. Imagine if they fired Mike Johnston 2.0 or Sully. If the Pens had Scott Stevens as the Defense coach and Jay Woodcroft as the power play coach with Joel Quenneville behind the bench we would have a completely different team just get rid of Sully.

That's no goalie interference. Not only was the goalie actively giving back, and the Bruin's defender keeping O'Conner held up there, there was plenty of time for Swayman to get set before the goal was scored. There's no universe where that's called GI.
