Pens finally woke up and it’s glorious to watch. The way they played all season and then especially didn’t after Guentzel left, I never would have imagined that we’d be 2 points out of a playoff spot. Just incredible. The pirates beat the nationals today too and they’re 6-1. Hard to believe..

It's realistic that the Islanders, Caps, and Red Wings will all finish the season with 90 points. If the Pens can manage to scrounge up 10 points in their last 6 games, it's practical that they'll make it in. Not only that, but with 24 points in their final 16 games, they will have the strongest momentum entering the playoffs as they've had in any season since 2017.

The second goal was a fluke bounce, can't do much about that, but the first and third goals? You got to make those saves. Tender is a still a major need for the Caps.
