kind of been the Sharks season god awful for a long stretch and then out of nowhere have a string of games where they play solid hockey. Started out with a 11 game losing streak. Than went like 9-7-2 over the next 18 games. Only to then have another 11 game losing streak. To now being 4-3-1 over the last 8 games. So expect them to play well for another 10 or so games. And then lose 11 in a row again after that. Or maybe with Couture back they won't lose another game this season. That was a joke but they are 3-0 since his return.

I do not think as highly of either goalie. Both of them show they belong in the NHL but neither has shown they are a sure thing #1. What is true though is the sharks team defense and team offense have been more of the problem.

@@lalakerspro Who cares? Hertl demanded 8 + mill a year and the sharks were awful at the time. Bad teams paying out big contracts like that hurts the TEAM the vast majority of the time. Timo might have been happy to stay on the sharks if the sharks paid him 8.8 mill a year. It would have been insane for Grier to pay him that compared to the massive overpayment the devils gave the sharks. Had Doug Wilson traded Hertl "even if Hertl want to stay" for similar value as the sharks got for Timo the sharks would be a better team now.

All these people were talking about how we're the worst team ever and every single one of them NEVER mentioned the fact that we've be injury riddled, most notably the captain. And suddenly, when he gets back in the line up, in a row we beat the ducks (eh no big), LAK (oh wow that's a playoff contender), and now NYR (the best in the metro, gawddang!)
