Team was on the decline well before he arrived, he's improved the prospect pool and has gotten a lot of draft capital. If he finally pulls the trigger at the deadline and sells, they'll have enough draft capital to expedite the rebuild if they draft decent.

The penguins are the oldest team in the league my guy. The penguins have no cap.....and no really good prospects. Theres nothing dubas can do. Its not the coaches fault.....the teams just TOO old and desperately needs a rebuild. You have greedy owners though and theyre too scared of losing ticket sales so they dont want to rebuild yet. So you guys are in for a long ride here. Probably going to be 10+ years before the pens are competing for a cup again.

@ I agree with you on most of those points (old, rebuild time, etc). However everyone on that team, old or not, is playing tight as hell. No one wants to watch a team dump pucks in and play horrible defense for 60 minutes
