Look in gonna be 100% honest here. The Lars Eller hit on Verheage that's a 100% clean hard hit. Eller got him in the middle of the chest. I hate the Capitals not gonna lie but Eller shouldn't have been suspended or fined for it. He purposely cut between his target and the boards to hit him in the sternum. He is trying to forecheck but he's doing it clean. Now if it were Tommie "Scared of Reaves" Wilson he would have buried the smaller guy into the boards.

I was so mad like that's a hard clean check NO WAY NEAR the head???? I was left baffled to be honest and suprised that the commentators couldn't see the hit for what it is and insisted the first point of contact was the head???? Confused
