They need to make full intros, like like a full team introduction and then the anthem, then it sharks the starting goalies and their stats, before then the faceoff

​@@PowerPlayStudios I know when the full presentation option was removed last year, there were many including myself that pushed for it back and more, even showing clips of those old intros and sadly EA just closed the thread after over 1000 comments stating that gameplay was more important and that presentation isn't why we play hockey games. Maybe one day we will get it back just like many other features they have been removed along the way.

Presentation and how they portrayed the OT goal was much better than all the other goals prior to. Definitely don't need the individual celebration cam in the way it's currently constructed.

The celebration camera is already outdated, and I don't even have the game. Also why are nhl wrist/snap shots 10 mph. there's no reward for having good aim/power

One thing i pray they do...is PLEASE give us different faceoff styles....like my god hockey is not that clean.....and the faceoffs have been EXACTLY the same for over 2 decades...like dam Ea even nhl 2k10 had it were you can at least get kicked out of the faceoff circle.....they also need to fix the refs as well..like make them go to center ice & give calls & if a goal is being challenged have the 2 captains skate over & wait for the review like give us more in game cut scenes like thats what made the older nhl games fun seeing players interact with eachother etc

That thing of “PRESSURE” in the middle of the ice can be disabled? It’s annoying. Will try with the 10 hour Trail from EA Play, but atm looks like same Game as NHL22

Couple things. One is I knew online that people would just pass around to get the meter up, that's going to RUIN the online mode 100%, need that pressure system off or minimized. Goalies dive too much. I think in the defensive zone the player needs to be able to face the puck at all times, with maybe a trigger pull and hold input. It seems like the defenseman is back to the puck or sideway to puck carrier a lot, hard to square up defensively especially deep in your own zone or behind the net. Celebration isolated on the scorer is dumb, should be team involved. Also the fighting all the guys not fighting just stand there, at least have them tie up each other right as the fight is breaking out. Someone in a comment mentioned dead puck physics, like having a shot come back out of the net, that would be sick too. Its an improved game

Unlike many other players, I’ve loved EVERY version of this game….UNTIL this one. So many great new features but the gameplay is brutal….it’s a video game, it’s supposed to be fun! You need an EA Sports degree to even be remotely competitive.

That's actually realistic and PS: most guys are that fast and look at the longer passes but yeah complain their too fast. People make me laugh, maybe cause I remember having to play ICE HOCKEY on NINTENDO and you were fast n skinny, or slow and fat. ea is so wonderful making the color guy a woman .it was so wonderful hearing the one last year repeat the same lines over and over in eashl and thankfully ea did not include a mute option for her so that everyone got to enjoy her comments. hopefully ea will go ahead and make a bunch of the white male players on the ice female and black like you did the refs last year and please turn a few of the star players transgender like maybe sydney crosby and also if you could add a few illegal aliens oops I mean undocumented to the game that would be great. diversity makes for a better game and all inclusive and really helps the business model I mean just look at anheiser busch or disney. ea a fully awake fake globe leader and now ea make sure you permanently ban anyone who disagrees with my comment .

Yeah cause, every play in nhl 23 u can score on a one-timer. That ur forced to play more realistic hockey, cause ur used to just lining someone up and smashing them, now ur probably getting burned. Passing way slicker and the button icons are great. They have a whole new system on offense, whole new goalie moves, fully cross gen. And your sayin it's a roster update?? Ur either blind and didn't watch the game or your just 1 of these people that don't get the 1 thing they wanted and OR just a hater and throwing dirt on the game. If they don't add new stuff, they can't make the changes people wanna see.
