I watched your video a day before my 2 community nurses interviews. Got an offer for both!!! Thank you for your tips. I asked on one of them what they would say to a ward nurse about their job and skills because there's the stereotype that community nurses have no skills! I'm 2 months from qualifying!

I have my community nurse interview on Monday! I qualified in 2017 but since then I have extended my family. But Monday is my step back into the world I love, so I’m busy preparing! When I spoke to them before applying them seemed like they could offer me a lot of support in the beginning which is a huge relief! I am excited 😁

Have you any recommendations for books/websites that are specifically for community nursing and also, is there anything you would suggest buying which would be of use and be helpful such as a bag, stationary, nurse accessories? Hi Claire. Thank you so much for making this video. I'm a final year student nurse and I've just got an interview for a community nursing job. It's the place where I'm currently on placement and I love it! I'm not sure whether the fact that they know me from my placement is a good or bad thing (but I guess it can't be too bad as they offered me the interview!). This video has given me some really useful things to think about and will help me so much to feel more prepared. I hope you still love community nursing, From a fellow Claire :)
