Hello, kindly explain why we didn't recognise revenue based on the 70% completion = I got 45000 x 70% which is 31500

My question is why is Revenue equivalent to the work certified and not recognized on the percentage completion? I hope you understand what I am trying to say I'll go through the video again. Thank you
