年度大戏《白兔记》 Core Performance "The White Rabbit"

潮剧戏宝《白兔记》是部历久不衰的经典潮剧。
此次公演也是南华潮剧社新中文化交流项目，因此演出邀请了两位中国资深青衣林玉和许绮丽，加上年轻小生黄琳琳，与新加坡著名女老生陈巧莲与丑生陈玉勇和蔡德喜同台演出。
The White Rabbit is a classic Chinese opera that has withstood the test of time and remained popular till this day. This time around, we have invited actors from China to join our cast in Singapore to bring this classic Teochew story to life.

南华潮剧社演《白兔记》获得很大的成功，並产生巨大的艺木感染力。戏中塑造的刘承佑,李三娘,刘智远和岳秀英，苦的够惨，盼的急切，爱的够深，忆的够痛，闻的够酸，都在矛盾冲突中，在峰迴路轉中让人如释重负地解决了。其中黄琳琳演刘承佑(咬脐)个性突出，敢爱敢恨，肝胆相照，他跃然于舞台上比陈瑜,陈小玲,蔡明晖,吴玉东更有戏细胞而感人至深。 李三娘，当以姚璇秋為经典；但林玉也唱得哀惋；刘智这，当以张长城为經典，但陈巧莲女演老生，也相当有血有肉；岳秀英，以郑健英刘小丽為經典，但许绮丽也恰如其分地演得成功。 有些意见仅供参考：井边会李三娘演唱的节奏太慢，造成些少沉闷；岳秀英化妝的眉毛可画成眉月不要怒竖，以表明她温柔敦厚。总之，南华潮剧社人才辈出，可喜可贺！
