My way of grinding guilders: Battle GoW (Guardian of Worlds), when a gold glim drops use Swaine to get a dial of Wizards King Secret. Then sell it, and get 15k guilders. You also get a rare post game drop item thing worth 1k, but it's so rare that you shouldn't actually sell it.

Not a bad idea I never thought about selling king secrets, its definitely a more efficient way if you are also looking to get rare items for alchemy, however I dont know if it is faster than my method described in the video could be though. I found that about 700,000k is enough to buy one of everything from each shop and then some.

Tokocold unrelated question, but can you steal twice from one enemy? Let's say I use mugshot on a enemy, then I get Light Fingers with Swaine. Will I still get a drop from light fingers?

No, when you steal with light fingers it will always steal the third item available (according to the guidebook). Each enemy including bosses can only be stolen from once per battle.
