I imagine thats not that hard. I mean I have 3 familiars but I honestly only ever use Mite. I know he is not the best but he and Oliver are all I really ever needed. Ok I use the cat fore the doge comment and the lemure fore reviving people but that’s not really necessary. Now in normal fights only having 1 familiar causes the problem of being at disadvantage when it comes to signs but that’s manageable.

I believe the reason for him not fighting Al-Khemi is Al-Khemi is not a 'Dungeon Boss' where they have their own room, rather said boss is just in a random town.

here is what i call all the bosses: animal abuser (if you've seen his intro, you know why) dumbo the mouse idk (really, i don't know what nickname to give him) a phantom Giant Four Armed Eastern Mythology Monster (GFAEMM for short) mutated charmeleon a fat phantom Shadar (yes i just call him by his real name) the jellyfish of unnecessary mouths triple cannon (also did you know that "gross" meens "big" in german?) chandelur's leaked mega evolution FIREBEAMS!!! a small phantom the pharo's bodyguard BONE to be a pirate (im not sorry) zinogre's ice cousin a skinny phantom a fatter phantom why is there a tree atached to a demonic heart? Shadar (again) you're everyday black knight (still cool though) better then the final boss mutated cat monster (almost hard to believe that this came after the dark djinn) mutated cow monster (okay, i prefer the cat monster now) Porco Grosso 2.0 the white witch herself multi-leg lion nightmare fuel that's about all of them

As a German myself I can tell you the German word fore big is groß. Not gross. And yeah its funny that King Tom feared Shadar so much but ended up being a Harder boss than the Dark Djinn. The only boss that ever give me trouble. Ok there was one Nightmare I died to once because I focused to much on helping my team mates. Turns out just letting them die and focusing on the boss was the right thing to do. I have to say the Final Boss was way More Fun than Shadars Final Form.

You barly ever need provisions in this game. There is this one dungeon where the enemys can turn you into stone where you need something to cure that but besides that just play smart and provisions turn into a waste of money.

Oh I have some tips fore that boss fight. You should use spells like Evenstar and Astra to get rid of the satellites. It also helps to buff Olivers magic with a familiar skill. Once the boss is without them he is relatively easy to deal with. However a second wave of satellites will come up after a certain amount of time and after they are defeated a third wave comes but in the third wave there only 2 and not 4. After they are defeated no more satellites are coming. So You should save up MP fore the satellites and focussing on normal Physical attacks to do damage when no satellites are around and Guard/Dodge his big attacks fore preventing damage and making glims aper. Thanks to Casopiars spells they Boss will slowly go down without much trouble. So as long as you can deal with the Satellites quickly its very manageable. If Oliver is out of Mp while still satellites are around switch to Marcesan and spam his Thunderstom spell. Oh and when it comes to attacking the boss with normal attacks with your familiar when no satellites are around I have a Tip. When you see the boss is about to attack with a normal physical attack just switch back to Oliver who in 9 out of 10 will stand outside of the bosses attack range. This tip is super useful against almost any boss and makes at least the boss fights a complete breeze. Thats because my Mite can over time do great amounts of damage but will rarely ever get hit. That makes resource management a lot easier because I don’t need to cast that many offensive spells in order to do damage and not so many healing spells to stay alive. Ok Sorry I know I am bragging now but after getting the hang of things its pretty simple. This game is probably so easy fore me because I had prior to this game experiance in both turn based RPGs (Final Fantasy X fore example) and real time action RPGs (the Kingdom Hearts series) so it was easy fore me to learn to fight effectively in this Hybrid of both. There where only 2 Bosses I did not beat first try. However I have to say I suck at the familiar part. I mean I managed to make Mite an effective Warrior and learned to use the Doge comment of other familiars but beyond that its not really my thing.
