why gen always pay high fees if other can't afford to pay fees they don't fill the form at least they bring equal fees for all category why gen always pay for them

It’s a long story brother u need to start from history. In short it gives everyone equal opportunity. U n me can pay but think of those guys who hv capacity to learn and earn but they can not do anything bcoz of money problem. In 1000 their family can eat for a week.

hai NIACL prelims exam generalist aur accounts ka ek hi prelims hoga na? Like cutoff single prelims paper se hi decide hoga generalist aur accounts ka? Ki mujhe dono exam ke liye alag alag appear hona hoga?? Please reply krna kafi doubt hai. Maine dono post ke liye apply kiya hai. Ab doubt hai ki dono ka alag alag prelims exam hoga ki ek hi prelims se dono ka cutoff decide hoga.Main 1st time exam fill kr raha. Kindly help
