I can not believe this chief is trying to convince people you can customize a fire apparatus when you order it. Unbelievable! Where in the hell did he work prior to becoming a Rosenbauer spokesman? Side note: Ever been to NG? Don't both unless you are a Haz-Mat Tech & will be handsomely paid to help clean up Love Canal, etc.

Chris Partlow Kind of weird for a heavy rescue not to have extrication tools on it. I’m assuming they carry all their extrication tools on their ladder trucks.
