One place I felt just want to be there and amazing how all that water flows so gently and beautiful .

Not so gently - a great roar, huge mist.

FACT: This PBS documentary produced by WNED has been part of PBS Celebrate America in the month of July 2006. : ) I wish I can discover the Niagara Falls.

I find Niagara Falls so fascinating!! Not only is it a tourist spot for TWO countries, but there is so much to do there! Like the Cave Of The Winds!! And of course, the super fashionable rain coats 😆

Is the Cave of the winds on the American Side? I don’t remember seeing it when I was There in May but I was on the Canadian side

Yes, the American side

Great documentary but the composer spoilt it with his bullcrap music

What a massive distinction between the natives that lived there and the colonists. The natives had a great respect and appreciation of the land. The first thing the colonists decide to do is “hey let’s bring money and people here by putting animals in boats and send them over the falls.” What absolute insanity lol.

Great video. I have been fascinated by the falls and their history for decades since I first visited there in the 50's. I honeymooned there in 1980 . Thank you for making this video. . .

Nothing about the progression of the Niagara up the Niagara river geologically. Very disappointing.
