I’m sure that’s not how they feel. The point is that the son and DIL used up all the parent’s money hoping to get the life insurance policy. But didn’t realize they didn’t pay and it was canceled. Therefore they didn’t have ANY money to do the funeral. Even if the sister helped..the son should have come up with some too. But they had nothing to help.
