Hahaha it's something you get used to the more you paint I guess? I didn't even realise it when I was painting it, but now that you've mentioned it, that's something that I actually did years ago when I saw huge glazes being done 😅

I think many of us have a hard time creating a complex painting, but you teach us how to look at it with different eyes. :) BTW, the bunnies are out in full force, frolicking in the green grass. yes of course :D I just don't have the proper masking fluid for this, so I decided to use masking tape instead :))

Oh! I have a question for you! I have had DS Graphite Grey in my Bluck cart forever now. How does it compare with the Schmincke? Have you used the Schmincke also? Both of them are in my cart because I don't know which one to buy!🤣 I would like the one that is closest to real graphite color with not too much of a cool or warm undertone so if you or anyone else reading this know which one meets that criteria (maybe both are great!🤷‍♀️🤣) PLEASE let me know! I've never tried the Schmincke graphite grey, but the one that I have (DS) is very neutral with no hue undertone :)
