if you still have it open up the head and the screw that connects the head to the moving axel of the mech is loose.

dude, i got a nibbles YESTERDAY and it broke. the eyes dont light up nor does the head move. it doesnt track at all either. bruh

Uhhh, don't know if you read the box, but it doesn't say it the eyes light up, But did you have it in Dim light?

The nibbles at the store I work at, his arm doesn't lift. It seems the arm motor likes to wear down really fast. His motion tracker works fairly well, though.

I had the same issue!! it came super loose just like yours straight out of the box and wasn't following either. I had to just spin/twist the servo on the head till it tightened back on. Had a few customers with the same issue at the store I work at, and it fixed their heads as well. It's definitely a flaw in design as it shouldn't be able to come loose that easily. I'm glad you got a new head working! 👻

Also wanted to add. They would move just slightly and give up but the servos were definitely powered just not tightened onto the head as to why it wasn't following:/

@@jakeHalloween4121 I was surprised when the servo was able to freely spin as it was. I did figure out how to tighten the servo as you mentioned, but even after that it still didn’t work. The servo would “skip”. It’s hard to explain but it was for sure broken

I’m very sorry to hear this I’m super grateful that mine didn’t broke (it a ghost face )in my store he has been broken it feels like this year is cheap in they don’t care about them they only make them good at flagships

Ok so I also got Nibbles but my parents don’t want me to set him up until it’s close to Halloween so I only took out his head and I put some plastic on his camera to protect it and it’s just sitting in my room so hopefully he’s not like yours when I finally set him up he is my fourth animatronic I also tried to move his head to see if the gears work good news it works and before I was too afraid to move it so I hope it’ll stay that way

And home depot breaks, I bought 2 Animatronics from there in 2021, they broke as soon as I brought them home. And wait every Animatronic broken what are you talking about? They have terrible quality, The soul Scarecrow what ever it's called, my friend bought one and it Wabbles side to side like it's gonna fall apart, the cheaper something is the worse quality it is, I've seen it.

you should go back and complain to them about that, cause if this is a Mutiple occurrence, then they shouldn't charge you a next one cause that's just stupid and not worth the money tbh. just try talking to them in store
