@@carlosfperezmeza2152 to be honest most buyers while in US or CA would not do Nicaragua bank financing.... too expensive 10to 12 % variable interest. Even with excellent US credit. Best option to get a second mortgage in US and use that to finance this purchase....

I don't know what it is in Nicaragua that they invest a lot in a home but not in a design, so more often than not there's a lot of wasted spaces and things look makeshift, like the kitchen area in this property. Nice, but badly planned, as usual...
