To be honest, even though this is meant to be a parody, I could see this being a good-spin version of the Timothy story. Like an alternate take on the early years between Thomas, Alfred and Timothy. * Timothy works the Ffarquhuar Branchline with Glynn. * Alfred works on Mainline with Gordon, Henry, "The Red Engine" and "Crovan". Henry is owned by the Fat Controller and Alfred is generically rude to everyone including Gordon for "betraying his company and his creator". * Fat Controller is impressed and buys Thomas as yard shunter. * Traffic on Ffarquhuar Branchline slows down. Timothy is stationed with Thomas and Glynn's story follows TV Series * Story follows similar line to T1E2H3 's Origins series, adding difference of Alfred chasing Timothy here. * Alfred derails Thomas after incident (Witness to murder {?} ) * Alfred dies (T1E2H3 death) and Timothy's ghost is "re-invigorated" with Alfred's death(?)

This is actually way better than the real video. A 5 minute video with no dialogue explains an origin story better than an hour long video filled with fan fiction. It also gives a way better reason why Timothy "Suddenly became evil" and wouldn't stop. If this was continued upon, I think Timothy of all things would be more of a vengeful spirit than just some demon thing with no reason to be the way it is.
