It’s funny how that works - when I think of older games I played as a kid, the graphics seemed as high res to me at the time as games do today. It’s not until I go back and look at the actual game footage do I truly realize how far graphics have come.

Ai takes preexisting images and faces it cannot create something new, maybe uses random stranger (existing in the collective database) faces to fit the different facial movements thats why it changes all the time, but with time it will have more consistency definetly just a matter of time. But youll notice recognizable characters hybrids from time to time, i once saw the ai took thor from the marvel movies (and changed the face) to make a character outline for a viking.

I think it's a crazy thought to think that this could be done at runtime in our future. Game is generating ai imagery in realtime to display a game frame. Games will be split among those who use traditional rendering methods and those who lean into the ai generated approach and training their own models for the style and consistency they want.
