Used to jog round those roads above Lothersdale, nearly 55 years ago, after finishing my homework, as a restless youngster, didn't have a bike till 17 years old. Then loved all the 1 in 4 hills around there. Loved setting off from there up through the trough of bowland. (, that dangerous Yorkshire enclave according to Lancastrian pals.)
