I bought the HyrFine watch for my friend, so she could track her steps and heart rate. The only problem is, it doesn't stay charged !!! Where can I take it to have it checked out or exchanged? I bought it six months ago and just gave it to her. And I have since thrown out the purchase receipt. HELP! PLEASE!!

You need to contact Ur seller regarding this. If u have bought it from a mall and purchased with Ur credit card, show the card statement to Ur seller. If bought it online you can print out the purchase history. If buy with cash in a mall you have to try Ur luck see if the seller still remember u. Good luck

It's normal. Sometimes it will disconnect when the watch goes into charging mode. Just reconnect it.

1) Charge Ur band 2) turn on Bluetooth on Ur phone 3) download "Jyou" app from playstore 4) open the app once it's finished downloaded 5) tab on all permission to allow app to function 6) in the app, go to settings -> binding manual -> click on the double arrow on the top right corner, you should be able to see Ur watch in the list 7) click on the watch name and u should be able to see it connected

When you click on the circle, the screen should be able to light up. You can try to reset the watch. If it doesn't after the reset, you should get a replacement from your seller.

bro, i bought 2 units of this product . One's bluetooth is working well and other bluetooth is not stable and didn't stay connected with the mobile. I reset that unit several time.... and is that waterproof ? and how to find "find my device " and selfie option?

Hi... If 1 unit or the watch is not connecting properly u should complain to ur seller to get a replacement or a refund. No it's not waterproof, more like Splash resistant only. "find my device" Please see in the video: 12.22 For "Selfie" You can shake the watch to take picture or press the button Please see in the video: 13.57

Yes the heart rate is auto recorded on the phone app for you review. Just link the watch to your phone and open the app and run the heart rate monitor function. Did you link the watch to your phone properly?

You can try opening the app and read the info from your phone instead from the watch, see if this will help with the sync

the watch is made by many different manufactures. do check in the manual that comes with ur watch is it using Hryfine App to sync or is it other app.

you cant connect directly to your phone using the bluetooth. u need to connect from the app. do make sure the watch that u got is for HryFine app because there are many manufacturer make the same watch but they use thier own individual app which works the same.
