Mines keep shutting off (sorry if you have already answered it in the video) but am I supposed to charge it before using it? I have it connected to the power adapter but when I use my phone to watch a video, it plays for a little and then shuts off

Most likely the internal cooling fan is not working. When over heat it will auto shuts off. You have to contact your seller and let him know the defect. Get a refund or a replacement from your seller. Please subscribe to my channel so you wont miss new uploads. Thanks allot 😊

Where can you download the updates for the projector? The audio is very very low even at 100%

Hi... Sorry i'am not sure where to download the updates for the projector, If you are not sure and if you find any updates online be careful when you install the updates, if its not compatible, the projector might not be able to run the new software. And you can't undo the update once it has replace the existing software that comes with it. A easier and better alternative is to use a audio jack wire to hook up the projector to your Hifi system or a mini portable speaker. Hope this helps.... Hi... this is a OEM projector, there are many manufactures in China that is producting the same model. Most of the time they will have to compeat on the selling price.
