This is very toughing message, no one is perfect, power change people, but when the almighty God is ready, and took his power from you, that's the time you realized that you are nothing. This is a big lesson for all us. No body is greater than a country and it people. President i believe that if today can be like yesterday, he will never commit those errors. But no one is perfect, this is the time to forgive and to forget. He regretted actually. Africans leaders most of them got problem because of some advicers.

Bring him back and remove the sleepy Barrow. The saying goes you don’t know the values of what you have until you lose it. He is a state elder he need to come back home as a retire citizen and live a peaceful life in his own country until his death. I think it is a disgrace for the Gambia to see the former president in exile in a foreign land. He may not be a perfect person or perfect leader but we are Gambian he need to be back his advice and guidance is needed in the country as a private citizen.

@@queenladyyayebaye5801 mate I watched some of the episodes of TRRC yes there violations of people’s rights in the Gambia but it will be legally difficult to hold Mr Jammeh directly for those violations because he did not physically took part in those killings, beatings and violence. People that took part in those crimes may blame him or say he ordered them but there were several chains or line managers of those people before you get to Mr Jammah some of those people don’t even see Mr Jammeh so to he order those people to commit those crimes will be legally impossible. Remember Gambia is a country and society is framed based on influence if someone found themselves in a group that have power and influence they do anything they want and use the power and influence of the group as a cover which is really bad and it is a corruption. Those people because they close to Mr Jammeh or around people that are close to Mr Jammeh they think they are powerful and they go around and start violating people and use that influence or power to by themselves out those crimes Mr Jammeh never know about them and probably did not even know the people doing those things. I don’t support Mr Jammeh and I will never support him but I think he and his colleagues have good intentions for the country when they first came to power but becaof the bad people around them and greedy their real intentions went away and they started pursuing power and their personal interests and that led to the situation we are in now. Gambian should be ashamed that their former head of state is now in exile and living like a rat that show to the world how a Gambian is and we are better and superior than that. He should go back to Gambian peacefully and live peacefully as a former head of states. If he had committed any crimes he should have self respect and personal dignity to face justice and answer to those crimes however the Gambian legal and justice systems should be functional and free from any corruption and malice for him to have fair and just trials once the legal systems make it’s decision that should be respected by him and every Gambians and that’s how a could move forward.
