Whenever I watch there has to be something new to learn from this channel. Thank you Chris!

Thanks so much for your videos! i am really suprised how much content and real actionable value you put in 20min videos. I have been working in the webdesign field for 10 years now and i always learn something new. I also don´t want to read a lot anymore, with one exception: css-tricks.com...your articles are awesome!

Hi Chris. Good to have you back. I seriously wonder why you don't make a full course? I believe we all are waiting for that! Advanced css and tricks :-) I hope soon?

Chris the list has its sementic meaning and then you're adding the counter into a psuedo element so a screenreader is going to say it twice. The resolution is to define the psuedo element in a @media NOT query which has run-on effects on the grid. Feels all around too clumsy :(

It _is_ clumsy. I think that's the whole point of the video. That it is clumsy but *doable* with subgrid.

He is saying list-style: none right? so isn't that not removing the duplication? And if i turn on voiceover in safari, "list 4 items" on the "ol" and for each list item something like "1 lorem 1 of 4".
