NiceMarkMC exactly they were both red! When far away (MC far away) they look the same, same-ish texture, and same shade of gray! I toggled a color blind option on my IPad, and it was all a painting of gray. Really sucks. Anyway, since the person had trouble telling the difference (due to the same shade of gray) Jeb or Notch made it green, just to make it easier to tell the difference.

BTW: Rana, Beast Boy, Dark Steve, Steve, and all those characters were the creation of an employee (I think the first) at Mojang back then, they had no animation and were removed after Dock was fired. Ruby was replaced with Emerald because Dinnerbone is colour blind and couldn't tell the difference between ruby and redstone. That's all I know! ;D

+plazasta by the way: anyone remember minecraft classic? and one feature I love to play with that was removed (I started to play in versions that had it later on when I could play in older minecraft version) was the old way ladders behaved, you could only craft one at a time but you could place them at intervals of two with a block between each on that and also the old sounds like the old doors and the old pain sound, love them! and another lost feature (my god I'm on fire!) was that back then you could hit mobs through the windows of a door while it was closed.

Guys Giant, Ruby, Horse saddle r still in the game it just a hidden feature you and use the summon cmd or mcedit to get the hidden features If you are a map maker or textures pack maker u will realize that Ruby has a texture and u can still get it!

I would've liked the sky dimension better then the end, the sky dimension looks nicer, has villages, and GIANTS, and i would like it if the red dragon was the ender dragon, (like if the sky dimension was added and the end wasn't, i would want the red dragon to have the same design and colors as the ender dragon)

I love this video. Personally, I would add Ruby & Sapphires as ores that can used to trade, Perhaps Ruby & Sapphire would be found in different biomes than the emeralds, and instantly interchangeable to get the different couloured building block. But, the Dirt slabs, that really needs to be Dirt, Grass, and Farmland slabs to allow ease of walking around.
